My first Century! My previous longest bike ride was around 10-15 miles. I was in a biking class and ended up needing around 9 hours of biking in one week. Figured it would be a good challenge to go for it all in one day! I was joined by my friend Ben. It ended up taking us around 9.5 hours of moving time, and 12 hours total, as we stopped for pizza in Copper Harbor. We went through an entire 29 ounce package of mandarin flavor tailwind endurance fuel throughout the day, which kept us going very well. Overall, a great adventure, and the weather could not have been better.
